Invisibubble – Bubble curtain
A bubble curtain with multiple functions: blocking/redirecting waste—limiting sedimentation—trapping hydrocarbons

WHAT IT DOES
Invisibubble is a bubble curtain that redirects debris and sediment and contains the spread of hydrocarbons while protecting surrounding wildlife.
Contains waste: it traps floating and submerged waste (whether organic or synthetic) measuring just 2 mm, diverting or rerouting it to a collection point or containing it within a specific area.
Reduces sedimentation: it retains or redirects fine matter, reduces erosion in critical areas, stops sediment dispersion and resuspension, and prevents water turbidity.
Traps hydrocarbons: it works as a containing wall, stopping hydrocarbon particles from spreading beyond the area secured by the curtain.

Our impact in their words

The first bubble curtain in France
“Small bubbles created via a hose across the entire width of the canal bed stop floating waste and gently redirect it to the edge of the canal, where it gathers until a cleaning boat comes to pick it up each day. The system poses absolutely no risks to wildlife and, what’s more, it sparks curiosity from passers-by.”
