Article 2 – Access to the Site
Access to the site and its use are reserved for strictly personal use. You agree not to use this site and the information or data contained therein for commercial, political, advertising and any form of commercial solicitation or to send unsolicited emails.
Article 3 – Site Content
All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, animated or non-animated images, video sequences, sounds, as well as all the computer applications that could be used on the site and all of the elements reproduced or used on the site are protected by current laws on intellectual property. They are the full property of the publisher or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the publisher, are strictly prohibited. The fact that the publisher does not initiate proceedings upon becoming aware of these unauthorized uses does not imply acceptance of such uses and waivers of prosecution.

Article 6 – Collection and Protection of Data
The data collection is performed by NOVA NAUTIC. Personal data includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a name, an identification number or one or more specific elements specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity. The personal information that can be collected on the site is mainly used by the publisher to manage its communications with the users.
The data collected when the user subscribes to the newsletter: Spoken language and email address.
The data collected automatically by browsing the website (automatically stored for Google Analytics): connection type and IP address.
Data is collected when the browser autofills the forms available on the site. By completing the “contact” form the user agrees to communicate their name, surname, company, email, phone, mailing address and any other information they will add in the “message” section. By completing the “Recruitment” form, the user agrees to provide their surname, first name, email address, job title, phone number, country, postal address, CV, cover letter and any other information they will add in the message.
Limited Purposes: Data collection and processing is performed to fulfill one or more of the objectives set out in these Terms of Use;
Minimizing the collection and processing of data: only the data necessary for the proper execution of these objectives are collected;
Integrity and confidentiality of data collected and processed: the data collection agent is committed to ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the data collected.

Article 7 – Right of The User: Access, Rectification and Referencing of Data
In application of the regulations applicable to personal data, users have the following rights:
- The right of access: they can exercise their right to access to the personal data concerning them, by writing to the email address mentioned below. In this case, prior to the implementation of this right, the publisher may request proof of the identity of the user to verify its accuracy;
- The right to rectification: if the personal data held by the publisher is inaccurate, they may request the update of this information;
- The right to deletion of data: Users may request the deletion of their personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (see Article 9 for the data deletion procedure);
- The right to limit processing: Users can ask the publisher to limit the processing of personal data, in accordance with the assumptions provided by the GDPR.
- The right to oppose data processing: users may object to their data being processed in accordance with the assumptions provided by the GDPR;
- The right to portability: they can claim that the publisher gives them the personal data they have provided in order to transmit them to a new publisher.

All requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid piece of ID signed mentioning the address to which the publisher can contact the applicant. The reply will be sent within one month of receiving the request. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests exceed a reasonable volume. In the case where the user does not get a response, they can lodge a complaint with the CNIL: https://www.cnil.fr/ or any competent judge. However, we recommend that you contact us first, because we are here to help to solve your problem.

Article 8 – Use of Data
When the user subscribes to the newsletter, their personal information is recorded in the the company’s files and shared with the person responsible for sending the newsletter using the Mailchimp tool. This data may be used for commercial and marketing purposes or as part of a potential satisfaction survey.
The user’s browsing data is automatically saved when the user browses the site and may be used by the Marketing Department to optimize the site.
Article 9 – Data Retention Policy
As part of the information collected for the newsletter, the data is retained so long as no request for deletion of data has been made by the user. This request for deletion can be formulated in two ways:
9.1 Request for deletion upon receipt of the newsletter
At the very bottom of the newsletter in the footer, the user can unsubscribe from the newsletter. Clicking on unsubscribe will bring the user to a new page to confirm. The user will be automatically removed from the mailing list and submitting the request.
9.2 Request for deletion from the DPO
By contacting the DPO directly at [email protected], the user can ensure that their contact information is erased from the Mailchimp tool and thus no longer receive the newsletter but also that their data is deleted from the commercial files of the company.
Article 10 – Photographs and Representations of Products
The photographs of products, including their descriptions, are not contractual and do not imply any liability the publisher.
Article 11 – Applicable Law
The present conditions of use of the site are governed by French law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the head office of the publisher.
